The Patajhad Fabric Art by Jiwya

This unique architecture studio is designed on the very theme of light and earth, with green pockets making breathing spaces. Repurposed wooden blocks, natural gravels, doors and windows that take the light and air in for a natural calmness. Resonates with the very ethos of Jiwya on so many levels. The Monstera leaf features in the unpaved concrete and intricate corners of the studio. When we decided to make custom art installation for their reception pavilion, we picked monstera as our theme, with a twist. To make our piece forever, we stuck to a dried monstera, much like the dried leaves of a deciduous forests of India, after a Patajhad. Like a looming chandelier of dried leaves, swaying with the wind yet staying its course. Patajhad Fabric Art is a piece of décor made to shine in light or dark, like the monstera plant that glows in both light and dark.
