Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

• JIWYA being a slow fashion brand, all our products are custom, made-to-order and one-of-a-kind. Each product is only available in the quantities of 1 or 2. 
• We encourage you to check the product sizing, and offer a customized sizing, if required. This enables us to curate each piece as per your requirements of custom measurements, and other minor changes.            
• Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing-related issues.
• Our products are naturally dyed, hand-made and use non-conventional safe chemicals. Slight colour fading after repeated laundering and excessive exposure to sunlight should be expected.
• In case of major damages or defects (such as holes, tears, etc.) found within48 hours of receiving the order, we will refund the entire amount back to your original payment method. Please send an email to hello@jiwya.com mentioning the Order ID and reason for refund with pictures. The refund would be processed within 3-4 business days after approval of the refund.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. The refund would be processed within 3-4 business days after approval of the refund.
• Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
